How do I care for my handcrafted soap?
Love it, caress it, and it will bring you so much joy you’ll never again forget to wash your hands after a trip to the bathroom. Your guests won’t want to leave, but don't worry. Tuck some soap into their suitcase and they’ll be on the first plane home to enjoy it in their own shower. Please note that we do not encourage long showers for pure enjoyment. We do, however, suggest showering with a friend.

A few handy tips:

• If you don't plan to unbox and use your soap immediately (I don't know why you wouldn't), store it in a dry, dark place (a closet, for example.) Like fine wine, it gets better with age and will last years.
• Allow your soap to dry out between uses on a well-draining soap dish. 
• Using a washcloth or loofah, in lieu of rubbing the bar directly on your body, may help to lengthen your soap's life as this protects your soap from extended and direct contact with running water.

How long will my soap last?
If you follow the guidelines above, your soap will live a long and healthy life. There are too many variables for us to determine exactly how long it will last, but with proper care it will provide you with numerous luxurious, sudsy showers. Ensure that it rests in a well-draining soap dish when not in use. Don't allow it to sit in standing water. 

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes we do! Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.  You can estimate what your fees might be here using this tool, you may be responsible for taxes or fees incurred on the receiving end international shipments. If you live in or around our neighboring town of Fort Frances Ontario and would like to pick up in International Falls use  PICKUPONLY at checkout to waive shipping fees. 

What shipping service do you use?
We ship all of our products via USPS or UPS. 

I live in your area, can I pick up my product or have it delivered? 
If you enter a contact address with the zip code of 56649, 56679 or 56668 it will give you the option for delivery or pickup. If you live in or around Fort Frances Ontario and want to pick up, use discount code PICKUPONLY to waive shipping fees.  We are located near downtown International Falls and will give details of our location once your order is placed. Delivery and pickup are FREE. 

Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, we try and use aluminium where we can which is recyclable indefinitely, plastic containers are #2 which are recyclable in most areas. With few exceptions we use paper to package your shipment, please recycle that as well as the box used for shipment and our bar soaps.

What is your refund policy?
It's simple... we want you to be happy. If you're unhappy with a product, simply contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
